My wife and I hired Premier Property Developers on a recommendation from our architect. Steve Took the bidding process very seriously and provided us with a beautifully itemized construction cost estimate that was a fixed-price as well as a fixed time. We were living in the back areas of the house while the work was going on and we had small children. So safety and cleanliness was most important to us. Steve designed and renovated our entire back yard. From the two covered trellises with UV panels on top to the firepit as well as the built in seating. He designed the entire BBQ area with a cooktop, refigeator, built in ice box and mini fridge. He used cladded stone on the face of the BBQ walls, that matched the new Arizona stone decking, which he also placed on the counters at the BBQ and the top of the firepit. His idea to install a sevice counter at sitting stool height across the BBQ area worked great. The flagstone decking was impeccably installed as was each and every detail on the project.We highly recommend Steve and we absolutely LOVE our new back yard. He is truly one of kind. We have no horror stories to tell!!
